One of the biggest reasons people don’t go to the dentist is because they don’t have Dental Insurance. And purchasing a private plan on your own is typically very expensive and doesn’t provide great coverage and often includes waiting periods and many exclusions. Patients who have have periodontal (gum) disease and or bone loss are automatically put into the Perio membership. This membership provides you with periodontal recall cleanings after your gum therapy. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.
It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.
Absolutely! Your entire family can join the program.
Your membership is solely with our office and as such, it is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

We’d hate to see you go. The membership runs for a full year. If you want to cancel after a year, you can call our office and we will take you off autorenew system.
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments. Once you sign up for the program, the initial term is for one year. Even if you stop coming into the practice during that period of time, you are responsible for the membership payments for one year. This is because of the immediate services you are given when you sign up for the program.
You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

The vast majority of services are discounted. However, there are a few services that we already discount heavily, such as Invisalign, and those services are not included in the discount. We have a list of services not included available for your review in our office.
Legal & Disclaimers
Our Membership club is not insurance but a payment arrangement provided by Gilreath Family Dentistry for services rendered. Memberships are provided exclusively to uninsured patients of our practice and cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance. The membership club shall not be considered pre-payment for future services or payment for access to discounted services. Rather, our patient members are electing to make regular monthly subscription payments for preventive care instead of paying at the time of each service. Arrangements for payments for services shall be completed before treatment begins. Membership dues must be current in order to receive services. A lapse of 28 days in dues will require a reactivation fee. Membership club discounts may not be combined with any other offers or discounts. It is solely the patient’s responsibility to schedule and keep their appointments. No refunds will be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments. A patient member’s monthly agreement is with the legal entity of Gilreath Family Dentistry. Monthly dues and fees for dental services may change at any time. Membership is for one year (365 days). If patient wants to cancel during that period of time, the entire membership cost must continue to be paid for one year. This is due to the preventive services provided.
